How accurate are the images of products?

We have done our utmost to supply accurate descriptions and illustrations of our pieces. We cannot guarantee monitors and mobile devices depict exact true colours, patterns etc. As this is out of our control we ask that you contact us if you have any concerns about certain items. info@wildsoulaustralia.com.au

 

Can I return an item that was on SALE for a Store credit?

Unfortunately not. All sales on 'SALE' items are final and there are no returns or refunds. Please choose carefully.

Can I return Earrings?

Due to health regulations Earrings cannot be returned and all sales are final on these purchases.

 

Do you stock Maternity Clothing?

We carry a lot of styles that are Bump Friendly and will be great choices through a pregnancy, we even have some Functional Breastfeeding Friendly Styles. Simply head to the search tool and type in Maternity Wear or Bump Friendly and all of our Recommended pieces will come up.

 

I am after a Specific Style, is there an easy way to find what I am looking for?

We realise that everyone can be time poor so, we have created our Search Tool especially for that. If you are after V Necklines, Billowing Sleeves, High Low Hems or even a certain Colour or Material, simply type whatever you are looking for into the Search Tool and all pieces relating to that will be displayed.

 

How do I delete an item from my cart?

If you reduce the item number down to '0' it will remove itself from your cart.

       

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately not. We are exclusively an online store and do not cater for pickups at this time. 

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, we are shipping to New Zealand, the USA and Canada.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only given if a faulty item cannot be replaced (All items are inspected and photograph before leaving our store to implement the best quality control). In all other cases, store credit is given.

How long is a Store credit valid for?

Store credit is valid for 6 months. 

 

Do you do exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you see the item you are after, we recommend purchasing it to avoid disappointment and we will give you a Store credit on the return of your previous purchase.

What do I do if I believe my item is faulty or I have received the wrong item?

We sincerely apologise if this is the case. We try our best to make sure your purchase runs smoothly. We are here to help so please contact us at info@wildsoulaustralia.com.au and we will rectify the issue ASAP.

Is return postage at my own expense?

If you are returning the item for a store credit (eg. change of mind, incorrect size) then you are responsible for the cost of return postage. In the instance where the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return postage.

How much is postage?

All orders over $150 are FREE Express Postage. If your order is under $150 it is a flat fee of $10 for Express Postage.

Can I use more than one discount code in an order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order.

 

How can I use Promotion Codes and Gift Vouchers?

There will be an option to utilise codes and vouchers once you reach checkout.

 

Can an order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been completed. Keep in mind that items can be returned, should they still not be right when you receive them.
